Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Minimum Stay Rules: We allow one-night minimum stays frequently throughout the year. However, in peak season, holidays, and weekends a 2 or 3 night minimum stay is required. Seasonal Variations: Nightly rates vary depending on the time of year, but we frequently offer promotions and discounts. We consistently offer promotions for weekly or monthly stays, (i.e., weekly rates are automatically discounted by 10%! Special Surcharges: A standard pet fee and cleaning surcharge apply to all reservations.;
